What happens next
You should receive your new photo licence in the post within three weeks.
When you renew online, you can print a temporary licence.
If you don't receive the new licence within 21 days, phone Service SA on 13 10 84. If you don't contact Service SA within 30 days of renewing your licence you may need to pay a replacement licence fee.
Concessions
If you are eligible for a licence concession and it has not been applied to your renewal notice check Registration and licence concessions for information on how to apply.
If you have a concession and it has been applied to your renewal notice, your concession will be validated during the renewal process.
Digital licence
The mySAGOV app enables South Australian licence holders to access a legally-compliant digital driver's licence, boat licence and proof of age card. These are stored on Apple or Android devices.
To login to the app, you must have a mySAGOV account.
