If you don't have a renewal form, you can download and print an application form (214.1 KB PDF) or complete it when you visit.
At Australia Post
You can renew your licence and have your photo taken at selected Australia Post offices providing:
- you have the renewal form you received in the post
- your licence has not expired by more than 6 months
- you have not changed your address, name or other licence details.
Find a participating Australia Post location by entering a postcode. The search is pre-set to find locations that can take a new photo and renew an SA licence.

If you don't need a new photo, you can renew over the phone.
