People whose licence or learner's permit has been lost, stolen or damaged, and need a replacement.

What happens next
A new licence/permit will be sent to your recorded residential or postal address within three weeks.
When you apply for a replacement online, you can print out a temporary licence/permit or download a digital licence/permit immediately through the mySA GOV app. Digital licences and permits displayed in the mySA GOV app are an electronic form of your existing physical licence/permit.
If you have not received the replacement licence within 21 days phone Service SA on 13 10 84. If you don't contact Service SA within 30 days you may need to pay a replacement licence fee.
