You'll need to complete a certificate of fitness if you:
- have a medical condition that has been reported and is subject to periodic review
- are 70 or older and have a licence class other than car — such as heavy vehicle or motorbike — unless you decide to downgrade your licence

If you are required to do this a certificate of fitness form will be posted to you.
