An emergency response vehicle is defined as an ambulance, fire fighting vehicle, or rescue vehicle within the Motor Vehicles Regulations 2010.

How to register

To register an emergency response vehicle:

If the vehicle's unladen mass is 2,000 kilograms or greater, or the gross vehicle mass exceeds 4,500 kilograms, you will also need to complete an MR80 vehicle supplementary details form (403.7 KB PDF).
