Within 14 days of a change to the membership of your club committee, you must update the commissioner of the change.
A Manage Person Approval form must be lodged.
For a club that only holds a liquor licence, there's no fee to add or change committee members.
For a club that holds both a liquor licence and a gaming machine licence, there's a fee of $165.00.
What happens next
You will be contacted if the commissioner has any concerns regarding a member of the committee.
