If you change certain information about your licence or your venue, you must notify the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner within 14 days.
This is a condition of your licence.
You can lodge a form through Liquor and Gambling Online (LGO) to change:
- the name of your premises
- the licensee name
- your contact details.
There's no fee to lodge these changes.
What you'll need
If you've changed the name of your premises or the name of your company (but the ACN is still the same) you must lodge an application via LGO within 14 days.
You'll need to supply evidence of the name change, which you can get from ASIC.
