    Notifying changes

If you have an Aged Care Sector Employment Check, you must notify the Screening Unit if you change your:

    • name or use another name or names
    • address or contact details.

How to notify the Screening Unit

To notify, login to your Screening SA account.

Once logged in click on your name (top right-hand corner) and select My Profile.

    Continuous monitoring of checks

After an Aged Care Sector Employment Check clearance is granted, information sources, including SA Police, are monitored for any new information relevant to a person's check status.

If new information means a person's clearance status is changed or revoked, the person and known organisations will be notified.
