Renew or replace your disability parking permit

If you hold a permanent disability parking permit (issued up to 5 years) we will send you a renewal reminder approximately 6 weeks before it expires. New or replacement permits take approximately 2 weeks to arrive by post.

Temporary disability parking permits (issued for up to one year) can't be renewed.

    You'll need:

    • Your licence / client number or date of birth
    • the permit number.

    The new permit will take approximately 2 weeks to arrive in the post.

    Replace your permit

    There's no fee for a replacement permit.

    To replace your permit, you can:

    If you only require a replacement permit hanger - eg it is sun damaged, you can request a new one by contacting Service SA on 13 10 84.

    Cancel your permit

    A disability parking permit can be cancelled if the holder is no longer eligible or the permit has been misused.

    If the permit is no longer needed, please advise Service SA by phoning 13 10 84
