You can renew your permanent disability parking permit.
Temporary permits cannot be renewed. You'll need to apply for a new permit instead.

- the permit number
- your driver's licence or client number or date of birth.

What happens next
Your renewed permit will arrive in the post within 3 weeks.
If you don't receive it in that time, phone Service SA on 13 10 84.
Cancel your permit
A disability parking permit can be cancelled if the holder is no longer eligible or the permit has been misused.
If the permit is no longer needed, please advise Service SA by phoning 13 10 84.
If your address changes
If your residential or postal address has changed, update your details with Service SA before renewing your permit.
