Disability parking permits for organisations

If you're an organisation that provides services to people with a disability, which includes transportation services, you can apply for one or more disability parking permits.

Eligibility

Your organisation must:

  • provide services that include transport to at least 4 people with a disability
  • have a South Australian client number — if you don't have one, here's how to apply.

Organisations that only provide transportation services (such as a taxi company) are not eligible.

How to apply

  1. Step 1

    Complete the form

Complete the application for a disability parking permit - for organisations (205.1 KB PDF).

The form can be completed and signed by any employee or representative on behalf of the organisation. Evidence is not required, unless there is significant doubt about the applicant's capacity to act on behalf of the organisation.

  2. Step 2

Submit the form and pay the fee

Organisation permits are issued for up to 5 years and cost $24.

    You can submit the form:

    In person

Take your form to a Service SA centre.

    By post

Post the form with the correct fee (cheque or money order) to:

    Service SA
    GPO Box 1533
    Adelaide SA 5001

If you don't receive it in that time, phone Service SA on 13 10 84.
