Public and community housing

Community housing organisations

The Master Agreement is the core funding agreement between the South Australian Housing Trust and all community housing providers registered under the National Regulatory System.

The Master Agreement applies to properties and tenancies where a registered community housing provider holds the title to a property.  It refers to policies and associated procedures that apply to community housing providers party to the agreement. All new funding opportunities will be negotiated under this agreement.

Housing SA is continuing the following business reform projects to increase the capacity of the community housing sector:

  • Building business relations and contract management.
  • Sector capacity building and growth consolidation.
  • Policy review and improved business systems.
