Older Aboriginal health and wellbeing

Help and support is available for older Aboriginal people to manage their health and wellbeing.

The  Australian Government's myagedcare service can help Aboriginal people (50 years or older)  who are looking for help at home or with moving into an aged care home.

SA Health provides a range of Aboriginal health services including health screening tests, healthy lifestyle advice, and chronic disease management.  There are also a number of community health services in Adelaide and regional South Australia, such as, GP Plus centres and Aboriginal Community Controlled Health services.

Nunkuwarrin Yunti delivers culturally based health, social and wellbeing community support services to Aboriginal people.
