Complete the form
The paper transfer form is on the the seller's registration certificate. The certificate is sent to the seller with their registration renewal form.
Both the seller and buyer must sign the transfer form on the certificate.
If the seller doesn't have their registration certificate, they can download a replacement online.
Submit the form and pay the fees

Take the transfer form to a Service SA centre.
