If you are not eligible for a photo extension and genuinely cannot attend a Service SA centre or selected Australia Post outlet to have your photo taken, you may be able to apply for a photo kit.
Situations where a photo kit may be available
You may be considered if you:
- Have recently had surgery or are immunocompromised
- Are a victim of domestic or family violence
- Are a frontline emergency worker or enlisted in the military.
