If you're not eligible for a photo extension and genuinely can't attend in person to have your photo taken, you may be able to apply for a photo kit.
Situations where a photo kit may be available
You may be considered if you:
- have recently had surgery or are immunocompromised
- are experiencing domestic or family violence
- are a frontline emergency worker or enlisted in the military
- live more than 100km from a photo capture location.
How to apply
You must submit your request in writing.
