Reasons you can't apply for a photo extension

You aren't able to apply for a licence photo extension if:
  • you reside interstate and have been there longer than 3 months
  • you have updated your residential address to an interstate address
  • your driver's licence expired for 6 months or more.
  • you're temporarily overseas and your driver's licence expired for 6 months or more.
