Driver's licence history

You can view your driving history and request an official driver licence report online using a mySA GOV account.

Who is this for

People wanting a driver licence report that shows:

  • current licence status
  • licence classes
  • demerit points
  • offences for the past 10 years
  • disqualifications for the past 10 years.

A driver licence report is suitable for employment, insurance and overseas licensing purposes. It is not suitable for use in legal proceedings.

A mySA GOV account to purchase and print a driver licence report.

Scan and email the completed Application for Driver Licence report to

Please include a phone number and a Service SA Customer Service Officer will contact you to arrange payment.

In person

Take the completed Application for Driver Licence report (168.0 KB PDF) to a Service SA Customer Service Centre and pay the prescribed fee. Application forms are available from all Service Centres.

Share your licence details

If you have a mySA GOV account you can allow other account holders (such as an employer) to view the following licence details:

  • Expiry date
  • Status
  • Classes
  • Number of demerit points

You will need the mySA GOV account email address and the surname/organisation name of the person/organisation you wish to share your licence details with. You will be required to choose the period you wish to share your licence details for.
