You can request a report of your driving history online if you have a mySAGOV account.

What the report includes
- Your current licence status.
- The last 10 years of any offences, disqualifications and other enforcements recorded.

In person
Take the completed form to a Service SA centre and pay the fee.

What happens next
If you applied online, your driver's licence report will be available to download from your mySAGOV account.
When you pay the fee at a Service SA centre you will be given a printed report.
Share your licence details
If you have a mySAGOV account, you can share your licence details with another person or organisation, such as an employer.
There's no fee to share your licence details.
You'll share the following licence details: expiry date, status, type and class, name and DOB number of demerit points.
How to share your licence details
You'll need the mySAGOV account email address and the name of the person or organisation you wish to share your licence details with.
- Log in to your mySAGOV account using your web browser (not the mySAGOV app)
- Select My Services
- Select Share my licence details, under ‘licence enquiries’
- Enter in the mySAGOV account email address and the surname or organisation name you would like to share your licence details with
- Select the Approval end date, you can choose how long you would like to share your licence details for, up to 12 months
- To finalise select Add, and your licence details can now be viewed by the person or organisation you have shared them with.
You can view the person or organisation your licence details are shared with under 'Approved to view'. You can extend or cancel the approval at any time.
