Step 5 of 7 in Help paying bond and rent
When a tenant applies for help through SA Housing Trust, the landlord or agent must confirm the rent amount before funds are released.
SA Housing Trust can guarantee a bond and provide rent in advance before a tenant moves into the rental property.

Provide SA Housing Trust with the tenancy details and the amount of bond and rent payable.
On completion, a reference number will be generated. Give this to the tenant so they can request that SA Housing Trust finalises the assistance.
Other ways to confirm the rent
Complete the Property owner/agent's declaration form and give it to the tenant so they can take it to their nearest SA Housing Trust office.
