The Environment Protection Authority (EPA)  helps households, communities and businesses understand their rights and obligations related to:

  • air and water quality
  • the control of:
    • pollution
    • waste
    • noise
    • radiation.

Visit the EPA website to:

  • report pollution incidents relating to an EPA-licensed site, large-scale dumping, or major environmental incidents
  • access community resources and information about protecting our environment.
