Direct debit instructions

  1. Log in to mySAGOV using a browser - not the mobile app. Select Start now.
  2. Select Set up direct debit in the Vehicles section or select Show me how in the direct debit prompt on your homepage.
  3. Select your vehicles by ticking the box alongside the plate number.
  4. Select your Payment method (you may need to add a new one).
  5. Select your Contact method (email or SMS).
  6. Select ITC option, Renewal period - eg 1, 3 or 12 monthly and a CTP Insurer.
  7. Select Continue then I agree.
  8. Select Finish.
