How to apply
New motor vehicle dealer
Provide the following documents:
- deed of agency for EzyReg access (97.6 KB PDF)
- direct debit request (DDR) service agreement (206.7 KB PDF) (if preferred payment option).
Used motor vehicle dealer
Provide the following documents:
- deed of agency for EzyReg access (97.6 KB PDF)
- evidence of second-hand vehicle dealer's licence issued by Consumer and Business Services.
Individual users
Dealer authorisation is required before individual users can be added.
Provide the following documents:
- completed application for access to EzyReg - individual (police check) (96.8 KB PDF)
- completed confidentiality agreement
- a National Police Clearance from SAPOL or Criminal History Check issued within the last 12 months.

What happens next
Once your application has been approved, Service SA will contact you to provide a delegate information pack and arrange system access.
