The following terms and conditions apply to all practical Rider Safe courses and assessments.

Cancellations or changes to your booking

  • You may change or cancel your booking up to one calendar day before your booking. If you cancel your booking, your entitlement to a refund depends on the following circumstances:
    • If you cancel your booking on the same day that it is made, you will be provided a full refund amount that you have paid.
