If you cannot present your physical licence card, you can present your digital interstate licence instead.
You will need to complete a statutory declaration (139.0 KB PDF) stating why you cannot surrender your interstate licence.
Additionally, Service SA will need to verify your licence details against the national database. If your licence details cannot be verified, Service SA will need to contact the interstate licence authority, which may take a few days to hear back from them.
