You must provide a community impact submission as part of your application if you want your club licence to allow either:
- the sale of liquor after 2:00 am on any day
- the sale of liquor for takeaway, other than to residents of the club.
The purpose of the statement is to demonstrate that granting the licence is in the community interest.
You could also be required to provide a community impact submission if the commissioner believes that the business and activities held on the premises may have a negative impact on the local area.
