Forfeiting amounts to the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner can be done online using this form, if you do not have access to the Liquor and Gaming Online (LGO) Portal.
This includes:
- expired gaming machine tickets
- unclaimed gaming machine winnings
- Residual gaming machine jackpots.
You must hold a current gaming machine licence and submit required documents.
What you'll need
- A current gaming machine licence.
- To forfeit unredeemed TITO tickets – copy of Unredeemed Ticket Statement downloaded from the IGC web-portal.
- To forfeit winnings withheld from a barred person – copy of relevant barring order.
What happens next
CBS accepts payments via Visa, MasterCard or BPay.
If you use BPay, we will send an invoice to the email address supplied for payment within 7 days.
A receipt will be provided.
