Notify of proceedings for authorised betting operator

If any criminal or disciplinary proceedings have commenced involving you or a close associate in relation to your betting operations, you must notify CBS within 14 days.

Notify CBS of criminal or disciplinary proceedings against you or a close associate in relation to your betting operations.

What you'll need

  • The date the proceedings commenced
  • The jurisdiction where the proceedings will be heard
  • The parties to the proceedings
  • A description of the issues being considered.

What happens next

Your notification will be assessed within 10 business days.
