Interstate betting operators must notify Consumer and Business Services (CBS) if they want to operate in South Australia.

What you'll need
- Details of all parties involved in the interstate betting operation (including the ABN)
- Contact details of the Authorised Interstate Betting Operator (AIBO)
- Interstate licence details, including what state or territory the licence is held and the licence number
- A copy of the interstate licence, including any licence conditions
- Relevant supporting documents.
