Notice of intention to conduct betting operations

Interstate betting operators must notify Consumer and Business Services (CBS) if they want to operate in South Australia.

Notify CBS if you intend to conduct betting operations in South Australia.

What you'll need

  • Details of all parties involved in the interstate betting operation (including the ABN)
  • Contact details of the Authorised Interstate Betting Operator (AIBO)
  • Interstate licence details, including what state or territory the licence is held and the licence number
  • A copy of the interstate licence, including any licence conditions
  • Relevant supporting documents.

What happens next

Your notification will be assessed within 10 business days.
