Create a company mySAGOV account

If you don’t already have an account for your company you can create one online. Your company must already have a client number with Service SA.

Before you start

You'll need:

• your organisation client number
• your organisation name
• access to your company email.

Create your account

1. Go to create an account
2. Enter your company email and choose a unique password
3. Verify your email
4. Set up two-factor authentication (2FA)
5. Enter your:
   • organisation client number
   • organisation name.

Verify your company

We'll send you a confirmation code to your company address within 10 working days.

Enter your confirmation code

Once you get your code:

1. Log in to your company mySAGOV account  using a browser - not the app
2. Enter the confirmation code.

You'll then be logged into your company account.

What you can do next

Once logged in you can:

• manage access to your company account
• allow staff to act on behalf of your business.
