The iApply platform is an online smartform and workflow automation solution. South Australian Government agencies can request access through the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) Forms Team.
The Forms Team will arrange an introductory meeting and setup access to iApply, the Jira service desk, and the iApply Microsoft Teams site.

Exclusions
- Agencies that choose to host their own instance of the online forms platform will need to procure their own hosting and support services.
- Agencies must store all data within their own agency systems, not the cloud environment.
- Agencies are responsible for all costs associated with requested customisations, additional features, and or services that are not already provided.
New feature requests
Agencies can request new features, which are built at the agencies expense.
The Forms Team works with agencies to determine the feasibility of the feature before passing it on to the vendor to provide a quote.
Notices
The Forms Team standard notice period is 10-business-days for any updates or platform changes that require testing. Shorter notice times may apply.
Security
The platform is tested annually by an independent vendor against known security vulnerabilities, and is penetration tested.
The OCIO Cyber Security Unit have performed a risk assessment on the iApply platform in the cloud environment for collecting “Personal:Sensitive” classification data and have endorsed it for this use. If you need to collect data of a higher classification, contact the Forms Team.
Your responsibilities
Agencies are responsible for building and testing their forms to ensure that they work correctly.
This includes when testing is requested by the Forms Team, ie during system updates. Agencies that don't respond within the notice period will be considered to have accepted the any updates and or changes.

Support hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

- troubleshooting and diagnoses for technical issues for both form builders and live forms.
Training
The Forms Team offer regular training sessions on:
- general iApply knowledge
- form building
- form workflow (basic)
- building complex workflows
- DocGen creation
- API data manipulation.
These sessions usually last for one hour.
Specialised sessions can be scheduled on request.
