Having trouble opening a form
As a minimum, you will need to have Windows 7 or above and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. You may need to update your PC or browser settings:
- right click on the link to the relevant form
- select the save target as or save link as to save the form to your computer
- once saved, you should be able to open the form
Tried 'save as' and still can't open the form?
There are a number of settings on your computer that may affect your ability to access the forms - eg your 'Pop-up blocker' might be turned on.
If you have the correct software and are still experiencing issues after trying the 'save as' option, you could try accessing the forms using a different browser - we recommend Internet Explorer.
