Approval is not required if:
- The container is used on the property, by the owners of land
- The container has a maximum:
- height of 3 metres measured from ground level
- length of 12.5 metres
- width of 2.5 metres.
Council approval is needed to locate the container on the land longer than 2 years.
Approval could be needed from the easement beneficiary to carry out works within an easement.
