Norwood Payneham and St Peters (City) development plan

The Norwood Payneham and St Peters (City) development plan has been replaced by the new Planning and Design Code which came into effect on 19 March 2021. Visit the PlanSA portal to access the Code and supporting materials.

Although now revoked, the Norwood Payneham and St Peters (City) development plan is available for reference purposes, and may be used to assess any outstanding applications lodged prior to 19 March 2021 under the previous development system.
