Researching a property

SAILIS

The South Australian Integrated Land Information System (SAILIS) provides up to date information about land and property in South Australia. This information is needed for property transactions like transferring ownership of a property or changing the name on a certificate of title.

Who can use SAILIS

Anyone can access SAILIS as a guest user to view some land information using search or to get a copy of your certificate of title for a fee. You’ll need a property address or title reference, plan/parcel reference or valuation number.

Industry professionals can apply for a SAILIS account to access a broader range of land information and search options by logging in to SAILIS with a user ID and password.
