Children under 16
If the person moving in is your child or your partner's child and they're aged 16 or under, you don't need SA Housing Trust’s written approval but you'll still need to complete a rent review form.
Visitors
A visitor is someone who doesn't stay longer than 12 weeks and has their own separate residential address.
You don't need to tell SA Housing Trust about a visitor.
