2. Supporting documents
You'll need proof of identity for anyone in your household aged 16 and over who hasn't previously given Housing SA their proof of identity.
If you want to transfer to Aboriginal housing or housing in an Aboriginal community, you'll also need to confirm Aboriginality.

3. Return all documents
You can visit your Housing SA Office or send the form and supporting documents by post.
