  • Wall tiles (including bathrooms)
  • Floor tiles in wet areas
  • Indoor spa bath
  • Major bathroom renovations
  • Surface finishes to porch or verandah floors
  • Enclosing a carport/garage under the main roof or a carport/garage where light or ventilation would be reduced
  • Hot water units
  • Flueless gas heaters
  • Water flow meters
  • Kitchen cupboard replacement
  • Dishwashers
  • Change a stove
  • Exhaust fans
  • Internal wall alterations
  • Floor coverings over existing coverings installed by Housing SA
  • Pet flaps or pet access doors
  • In ground swimming pools or spas
  • Rainwater tanks in Port Pirie
  • Painting - internal and external (request non-urgent maintenance if your home needs painting)
  • Wallpaper
  • Styrene ceiling tiles
  • Insulation
  • Raising the height of an existing fence or gate
  • Front fence extensions over 1.5 metres or 1.8 metres where electric gates are fitted
  • Installation of gates or fences in medium density, cottage flat or walk up flat sites
