Paying Housing SA accounts

These are a number of ways you can make payments to Housing SA as either automatic deductions or in person. You can’t make payments at Housing SA offices.

Centrelink or Department of Veterans' Affairs

You can set up automatic deductions to Housing SA if you receive an income from Centrelink or the Department of Veterans’ Affairs.

Set up deductions

Complete and return the appropriate form below and return it to Housing SA.

Changing your deductions

It can take up to two weeks for any changes to these deductions to take effect, including setting up, changing or cancelling them. Centrelink or the Department of Veterans’ Affairs will send you a letter once the changes have been processed.

Complete an EasyPay modification form (128.5 KB DOCX) and return it to Housing SA.

Direct debit

Complete a Direct debit form (104.0 KB PDF) and return it to Housing SA.

Changing your direct debit

Complete a Direct debit modification form (128.5 KB DOCX) and return it to Housing SA.

Salary sacrifice

Contact your employer to organise salary sacrifice payments to Housing SA.

Quote your Housing SA customer number. If your customer number is less than eight digits, add enough zeros at the start to make it eight digits long - eg if your customer number is 22256, enter it as 00022256.

Post office

Use your Housing SA payment card to make payments at any South Australian post office.

If you’re making a payment from interstate, add *933 to the start of your Housing SA customer number.

Request a Housing SA payment card online or contact Housing SA.

Find a post office in your area on the Australia Post website.

Service SA service centres

You can make payments at a Service SA service centre using your Housing SA customer number.
