Written notice can be:
- sent by registered post to SA Housing Trust, GPO Box 1669, Adelaide SA 5001
- hand delivered to a SA Housing Trust office.
SA Housing Trust uses designated maintenance contractors to carry out fencing work. This contactor will be your main contact and will organise, complete and inspect the work on behalf of SA Housing Trust.
The legal procedures to repair, replace or construct a new fence also apply to SA Housing Trust.
A maintenance contractor will contact you to give the written notice if SA Housing Trust identifies a need for fencing work.
SA Housing Trust will only contribute to the cost of the fence once work is complete and inspected by the maintenance contractor acting on their behalf. Reimbursement can take up to 20 working days.
