  • Aboriginal people disconnected from their community and culture

Service description

  • Culturally responsive case management that responds to the complexities of homelessness and transience
  • 24 hour short term crisis accommodation at Hendon
  • transitional accommodation in north west Adelaide
  • community outreach services
  • holistic family focused approach
  • assistance with returning to country using ‘safe-tracking’ to ensure a safe return to home communities
  • case management and support
  • inter-agency referrals.
