When opening for inspection

Considering the rights of the tenant can help open inspections run smoothly.

  • Open inspections can be for one hour if everyone's circumstances are considered.
  • Provide a schedule of inspection dates to the tenant as soon as possible.
  • The tenant is entitled to quiet enjoyment of the premises.
  • 7 to 14 days’ written notice must be given to enter to value the property.
  • The property should be kept in a reasonable state of cleanliness.
  • Discuss any issues as they arise.
