Update details or replace Seniors Card

If you are an existing South Australian Seniors Card member, it’s important that you let us know if you change your address or other details so we can update our records.

If you are not a South Australian Seniors Card member, you can check your eligibility and apply for a Seniors Card.

Existing South Australian Seniors Card members can use Seniors Card member online services to:

  • Update your details
Update your address, phone numbers, email address and subscription preferences.
  • Request a replacement Seniors Card
If your Seniors Card is lost, stolen or damaged, you can request a replacement card. There is no cost to replace a card. When a new card is produced, the old one will be cancelled. Any balance on your card will be automatically transferred to the new card.
  • Manage subscription preferences
Opt in or out of WeekendPlus (digital magazine for seniors) and special offers and promotions from the Seniors Card Unit by email and post.

You'll need to enter the following details which will be automatically matched with your account in the Seniors Card database.

  • last name (as it is shown on your Seniors Card)
  • date of birth
  • email address
  • Seniors Card number (not required for replacement card requests).

Alternatively, contact the South Australian Seniors Card Unit:
