Current liquor and gaming applications

Most new liquor and gaming applications are made public on the Consumer and Business Services (CBS) website.

If you have concerns about an application, you can make a written submission to the commissioner, for example you may live or work near the proposed licensed premises and think that the business is going to be noisy, or have an impact on the neighbourhood.

Grounds for making a submission

To lodge a submission:

  1. find the application and select 'View details'
  2. select ‘Make a submission’
  3. outline your reasons for making a submission and attach relevant documentation.

A copy of your submission will automatically be sent to the applicant.

The submission must be lodged before the date on the notice.
