If you have left the care, custody and or guardianship of the chief executive of the Department for Child Protection and need assistance to access services and support to improve your emotional and physical wellbeing, post-care services may be able to help.

Business Enterprise Centres provide checklists and advice on setting up a new business and developing a business plan.

Transition to Independent Living Allowance (TILA)

TILA assists with payments for some items needed to successfully make the transition to independent living for young people aged 15 to 25 who are in care. Speak with your case worker for further information.

No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS)

NILS provide no interest loans for around $800 to $1,200 for whitegoods, furniture, medical appliances or any other essential household items. Eligibility varies, please check the NILS website for details.
