How to notify of a written off vehicle online

  1. Log in to your individual mySAGOV account
  2. Choose to use the organisation account
  3. Select the My services menu
  4. Select Vehicle Write off under the Vehicle registrations section
  5. Enter the vehicle details, serial number and select the write off type
  6. Select the incident and damage type then select Continue
  7. Review the write off details and select Submit
  8. Select Download document to access your PDF receipt.
