Customers who receive a renewal notice
There is a section on your renewal form where you can select your insurer. Pricing and a claimant service rating will be shown for each insurer so you can compare.
With identical policy coverage, you will choose based on premium price and how people who have made an injury claim rate the insurer’s service.
Once you've ticked the box to choose your insurer, you pay for your registration and CTP insurance in one easy transaction.
Direct debit customers
- Log in to your mySAGOV or EzyReg account.
- Choose the vehicle from your list.
- Select ‘Update/cancel direct debit'
The change will take effect with the next scheduled payment.
