If you have a complaint about a passenger transport service, first lodge your complaint with the booking service.

If you are unhappy with their response, or you believe that the complaint is of a serious customer service or safety matter, you can make a complaint through the Adelaide Metro InfoLine. or by phoning 1300 311 108.

Passenger Transport Standards Committee (PTSC)

The Passenger Transport Standards Committee (PTSC) determines the fitness and propriety of people seeking to obtain or renew their accreditation and to adjudicate in matters relating to a breach of the Passenger Transport Act and Regulations.

If you are required to attend the PTSC in relation to your accreditation for a passenger transport service, you will receive a letter from the Department for Infrastructure and Transport giving you a date and time to appear. You will have the opportunity to present your case and any information, references or character witnesses to support you application.
