The Passenger Transport Standards Committee (PTSC) determines the fitness and propriety of people seeking to obtain or renew their accreditation and to adjudicate in matters relating to a breach of the Passenger Transport Act and Regulations.

If you are required to attend the PTSC in relation to your accreditation for a passenger transport service, you will receive a letter from the Department for Infrastructure and Transport giving you a date and time to appear. You will have the opportunity to present your case and any information, references or character witnesses to support you application.
