Book an access taxi

Access Taxis cater for passengers with mobility difficulties or disabilities, particularly those with wheelchairs and scooters.

Purpose-built vehicles are fitted with hydraulic lifts that enable passengers in wheelchairs and scooters to be positioned safely and securely into the taxi.

About Adelaide accessible taxi services

There are 97 wheelchair-accessible taxis operating in the Adelaide metropolitan area. This fleet includes taxis that can carry single wheelchairs and vans that can fit 2 or3 wheelchairs and their passengers.

Suburban Taxis is the contracted service provider for the management of the Adelaide Access Taxi centralised booking service.
