If you're moving one of the following types of licenses, you must provide a community impact submission as part of your application to demonstrate that the grant of the application is in the community interest:

  • a general and hotel licence
  • a packaged liquor sales licence, unless the licence is restricted to direct sales transactions only
  • an on premises licence unless the licence:
    • is for a premises which is a public conveyance, such as a bus, limousine or boat
    • is subject to a condition which requires that the main service provided to the public be accommodation
  • a club licence if your licence allows the sale of liquor:
    • the sale of liquor after 2:00 am on any day
    • the sale of liquor for takeaway, other than to residents of the club.
