Operating hours and conditions
Gaming machines can only be operated during the operating hours on your licence and must include a minimum six hour break every day.
This can be:
- one period of six hours
- two periods of three hours
- three periods of two hours.
Gaming machines can’t be operated in any gaming venue on Good Friday or Christmas Day.
Your licence will outline any other conditions.
