Alter a gaming area
An alteration is any structural change to the gaming area of the premises and for example could include:
- changes to the location of walls and doorways
- building extensions
- renovations.
This application will need to be made in conjunction with a corresponding application for changes to your liquor licence.
Redefine a gaming area
If you need to change the part of a premises that is defined as a gaming area, you will need approval, for example:
- relocating a gaming room
- extensions to a gaming room
- alterations due to the increase or decrease in the approved number of gaming machines.
