Marine qualifications - equivalent certificates

State and Territory certificates issued before 1 July 2013 were mapped to the Near Coastal Certificate structure as equivalent certificates to enable holders to move into the national system.

If an existing certificate has restrictions indicated in the table below, they will also apply to the new national certificate.
